Fly to Tokyo

Shinagawa is easily reachable from Haneda Airport (Tokyo International Airport) and Narita International Airport.

By train from Haneda Airport to Shinagawa: Haneda Airport provides great access for visitors from the airport to Shinagawa Station, taking only 20 minutes via Keikyu line.

By bus from Narita International Airport to Shinagawa: You can get from Narita International Airport to Shinagawa by limousine bus, taking 90 minutes. Detailed information is available here.

Visa information and application forms (in several languages) can be found on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan website. Please check well in advance, if you need to apply for a visa.

If you need an invitation letter to apply for your visa, please send your request to dcase.workshop.2024@gmail.com after you have registered to the workshop. We cannot provide invitation letters to unregistered participants.
