Paper submission
The workshop paper submission and review process are being conducted in following manner:
- Papers are accepted based on peer review of full papers
- The review process is single blind
- Each paper will be reviewed by at least three experts
- Paper format is 4+1 pages
- Accepted papers to be presented in virtual poster sessions and also with a video available at all times to workshop attendants
- Accepted papers will be published online in the workshop website and as electronic proceedings on the DCASE website under CC-BY licence
Authors are allowed to create new paper submissions until the abstract submission deadline (July 13th). After that, no new submissions can be created but authors will be allowed to upload new versions of their submitted papers until the final submission deadline (July 20th). The abstract and title of the papers should not be changed after the abstract submission. There will be no extension to the final submission deadline.
Requirements
Papers are in format of 4+1 pages. Papers are maximum 5 pages, including all text, figures, and references, with the 5th page containing only references.
- The provided template has to be used (either LaTeX or Word template below).
- Papers must be submitted by the deadline date.
- Accepted papers must be presented at the workshop.
3-point Analysis Sheet
TPC chairs encourage that the authors submit the "3-point Analysis Sheet" as a supplemental material that summarizes the claims of the paper for helping the reviewers' understanding.
- The provided template has to be used (LaTeX template below).
- The authors should edit and submit the answer sections of the provided template.
- Note that the paper review criteria of the DCASE2021 Workshop do not include the 3-point Analysis Sheet.
