The presentation format for all accepted papers will be a poster, plus a 4-minute spotlight talk for each paper. Each poster session will be preceded by a spotlight talk session with the corresponding talks. Upon registration, you will be asked to indicate whether you want to give the 4-minute spotlight presentation or not.
Posters
Posters should have A0 size and be in portrait orientation (width x height: 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm / 33.1 in x 46.8 in). There is no template and there are no special requirements regarding the content beyond what is usually expected from a scientific poster.
Spotlight Talks
Each paper is allocated a 4 minutes spotlight talk. The schedule of the spotlights sessions will be tight so please make sure you don't exceed this time limit by practicing it at least once under realistic conditions. In order to ensure smooth transition between the presentations, you will have to send your slides (preferably in pdf) to dcase.workshop@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your spotlights session. If we do not receive your presentation in time you will not be able to present during the spotlights session.
