Submission
Instructions to complete the submission process:

Create a user account in the Submission system (not yet activated)

Make sure "Select Your Role" is "Author", and select Submissions.

Select "+Create new submission".
- Fill in submission details (title and abstract).
- Please fill in names and affiliations of all authors.
- Re-order authors if necessary.
- Select a primary and secondary subject areas (to help us allocate reviewers).
- Upload your paper into the "FILES" section.
- Indicate if the main author is a student.
- Indicate if your paper describes systems submitted to the DCASE 2025 Challenge.
- Click "Submit".
Note that authors are only allowed to create new paper submissions until the abstract submission deadline. After that, no new submissions can be created but authors will be allowed to upload new versions of their submitted papers until the final submission deadline. The authors, abstract, and title of the papers should not be changed after the abstract submission. There will be no extension to the final submission deadline.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
